Compared with the ordinary oil immersed transformer, the fully sealed transformer cancels the oil conservator, and the change of oil volume is automatically adjusted and compensated by the elasticity of the corrugated plate of the corrugated oil tank. The transformer is isolated from the air, so as to prevent and slow down the deterioration of oil and insulation aging, enhance the operation reliability, and avoid maintenance in normal operation.

1. The transformer iron core is made of imported high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, which greatly reduces the no-load loss and no-load current. The iron core is bound to ensure the compactness of the iron core and reduce the noise.

2. The high and low voltage windings are wound with oxygen free copper, and the low voltage windings of 500KVA and below are of double-layer cylindrical structure. Double helix or four helix structure is adopted for 630kVA and above, and multi-layer cylindrical structure is adopted for high-voltage winding.
